About the Role Our client, a leading US law firm in Central London is seeking a talented Private Equity Associate (1–3PQE) to join a dynamic team advising on complex, cross-border transactions for leading private equity sponsors and portfolio companies. This is an opportunity to work on headline deals, gain international exposure, and develop your career within a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Advise on private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, public-to-private deals, and strategic acquisitions Draft and negotiate SPAs, investment agreements, shareholder arrangements, and other key documents Manage multi-jurisdictional deal teams, liaising with local counsel and coordinating across global offices Engage directly with clients and contribute to business development initiatives Support junior team members and participate in training and know-how development What We're Looking For 1–3 years' PQE in private equity or high-end M&A, ideally from a leading international or US law firm Strong technical skills in drafting, negotiation, and project management Commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Interest in cross-border transactions and exposure to complex deal structures Outstanding academic credentials and a commitment to excellence Why Apply?
