We are proud to be partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who offer a comprehensive range of services to the housing sector. They are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 6-month temporary contract.
This will be a full-time position with multiple locations available in the North West of England. There are over 5,000 surveys to be completed in this contract with the rates being £21/£20 per house & £18/£17 per flat depending which project you are on.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units and have a full UK driving license.

Conducting stock condition surveys on Social Housing units
To ensure buildings are designed and constructed so that there are appropriate provisions for the early warning of fire, and appropriate means of escape in case of fire from the building to a place of safety
Knowledge of RdSAP in order to fill out a small number of questions in each of the surveys
Achieving the required surveys per day based on relevant targets

Experience conducting stock condition surveys
Social housing environment experience

Monday – Friday
~40 surveys minimum per week
