The team at ebl miller rosenfalck is proudly different from other law firms. We act for a broad range of clients including growth companies, international listed companies, household names, financial institutions, several foreign embassies, entrepreneurs, investors and City executives.
Posting of Office and Client transactions.
Dealing with purchase ledger invoices and making payments and dealing with accounting queries in-house and with accounting queries in-house and with the external suppliers.
Assist Finance Manager to prepare year end accounts and audits.
Ensuring compliance with SARs rules, Money Laundering Regulations and VAT requirements.
Legal accounts qualifications or experience in England and Wales.
Working knowledge of Solicitors' Accounts Rules and related conduct rules.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills and be familiar with the most recent technology.
High level attention to detail and be confident working directly with the Partners and Senior management team.
All staff receive 30 days holiday per annum (prorated) and the usual bank holidays (or PTE).
The successful Legal Cashier will have strong communication skills both written and spoken with a 'can do' attitude with good organisational skills and with a strong attention to detail, computer literate with knowledge of Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Proclaim.
