A renowned secondary school in Keynsham, Bristol, rated GOOD by Ofsted, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Assistant Principal of Maths to join their permanent staff team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the school's ongoing success and drive excellence in the Maths department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and management of the Maths department.
- Develop and implement effective teaching and learning practices that raise standards and improve student outcomes.
- Support the Principal and senior leadership team in driving school-wide improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
- Mentor and support teachers within the department, promoting continuous professional development.

Requirements:
