Front End Developer

Who are they?

I’m working with a company who are looking to bring a React Developer onto the team. They are in the process of creating software that will be used by clinicians nationwide to assist in their care. This is a bespoke product, and they are adding multiple features to the product to increase it’s usability and functionality.

What will I be doing?

You'll play join a team that are dedicated to ensuring the smooth launch of their new product and you will also be expected to contribute towards the software’s improvement. You’ll be working with a team of Developers and IT experts to maintain the software’s efficiency and fix any issues that arise.

Who are you?

To be a strong candidate, you should have strong commercial React and TypeScript experience and be comfortable fixing bugs and have strong coding skills. If you are looking to join a product-led environment, this role will really help you work up the ladder where you will have the chance to work on future brand new greenfield products.

What’s on offer?

Salary-wise, they are hiring for a number of roles across mid-senior levels. At the mid-level, you'd be looking at a salary between £50k - £60k, and at a Senior level you are looking at between £60k and £70k depending on your experience and how you perform at interview/tech task. At the senior level they'd expect you to do well in the tech task and have a lot of knowledge in their tech stack, because they'd be looking for someone to really hit the ground running. At/close to £70k, they would be expecting you to take on some tech leadership duties or mentorship duties. The team meet up once per week in the office, which would be expected of you as well.
