Job Summary: Service Delivery Specialist 

An integral function of Bench’s offering to our clients is fulfillment of talent requirements. Bench partners with freelance marketplaces and platforms to identify, evaluate & compliantly onboard contract talent on behalf of the client.

This role will be responsible for supporting our delivery teams that run Centers of Excellence for our clients - including the talent recruiter process, sourcing and coordination with talent, and onboarding with third-party EOR/AOR partners. 

This role is pivotal in delivering against client requirements. This role ensures robust client relationships and supports operational excellence across our processes, contributing to our mission of providing predictable and high-quality talent deployment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:  

Candidate Sourcing and Liaison (40%)  

  • Collaborate with various teams to identify talent needs. 
  • Source potential candidates from freelance talent platforms and marketplaces. 
  • Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements. 
  • Act as a bridge between candidates and our end clients, ensuring a smooth communication process. 

Pipeline Management (40%)  

  • Maintain and organize candidate pipelines. 
  • Keep track of requirements and deadlines. 
  • Update team members on the status of ongoing recruitment processes. 
  • Ensure timely completion of all tasks related to candidate onboarding. 

Operational Support (20%)  

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment. 
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and documentation. 
  • Maintain accurate records and databases. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 2 – 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a related function. 
  • Demonstrated experience in a recruitment and/or talent acquisition function, ideally within a technology or talent management context. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and planning skills. 
  • Complete command of the English language with excellent grammar. 
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proficiency in handling data across multiple platforms. 

Desired Skills:  

  • In-depth understanding of online talent platforms and marketplaces. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.  

Potential Experience that Fits this Role:
