Account Executive/Senior Account Executive, PR and Social Media

About the Role

Faust PR are seeking a PR and Social Media Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to work across a range of exciting property clients. 

The ideal candidate will have 1 – 2 years’ experience in PR and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a passion for social media content creation, and bags of enthusiasm are essential. 

Joining a small team, the role is extremely hands on, so the candidate will need to be a real self - starter who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities will include:

PR:

  • Drafting press releases, market comments and website copy
  • Building relationships with key media in the property/interiors sectors
  • Responding to media requests
  • Researching and creating media lists
  • Assisting with the coordination of live PR events and property launches
  • Media monitoring and reporting

Social Media/Digital:

  • Managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) for multiple clients
  • Content creation – including storyboarding IG Reels, regular content filming days, creating exciting social media content and editing footage
  • Engagement with followers – including running competitions and replying to comments and DMs
  • Devising strategy and creating content plans for social media campaigns
  • Keeping abreast of social media trends, tools, and new platforms
  • Collating monthly analytics and producing reports
  • Designing online materials (such as Instagram stories) using Canva

Client Relations:

  • Developing an understanding of the property and interiors sectors – from top end developers to housing associations and interiors designers 
  • Building a rapport with all Faust PR’s clients

Skills and Experience:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a PR and social media role - in an agency, or an in-house team
  • BA/BSC degree or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Digitally savvy – knowledge of social media platforms and an interest in creating fun, engaging content
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well organised
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, chatty and a team player
  • Interest in the property and interiors sector is a must Experience in these fields would also be an advantage.
