Our award-winning SaaS application has already achieved sizeable success with significant ARR. We closed our Series A in July 2023 and Series B in December 2023. We are growing at an explosive rate, and need to continue meeting the needs of our end users as we evolve our platform in a fast-changing environment.  

We are seeking seeking a dynamic and strategic Alliances and Partnerships Lead to join our EMEA team. Your primary role will be to identify, build and strengthen key alliances with Technology and SI partners, as well as managing our referral partnerships program. As the first boots on the ground in Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating AutogenAI's growth and expanding its EMEA market and sector presence through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with leading Technology companies and System Integrators (SIs) to enhance our product offering, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key alliance partners, establishing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels. Collaborate closely with partner representatives to develop joint business plans, set mutual goals, and ensure alignment of strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product, to leverage partnership opportunities and drive successful execution of joint initiatives. Collaborate with product management to assess and prioritise partner integrations.
  • Alliance Activation: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint offerings, including co-marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and customer engagement initiatives. Drive awareness and adoption of joint solutions amongst target customers.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance metrics and tracking mechanisms to evaluate the success of alliance partnerships. Regularly monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Referral Partner Management: Manage and expand our network of referral partners, including agencies and consultants. Develop partner enablement programs and incentives to drive referral activity and maximise partner contribution to revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing strategic alliances and partnerships in the SaaS industry with experience working with AWS and/or Salesforce, is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership strategies that drive business results.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.

  • Base: £70-90k plus 50% OTE (OTE will be based on achieving key metrics, including lead generation and bookings.)
