Our leading end-user client, is looking to hire a contract D365 SCM Functional Consultant, with experience working with the Sales & Marketing module to work on a major global, digital transformation programme. While upgrading their ERP systems to D365FO our client is looking for a functional consultant with a strong background in Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing to help implement this solution. Ideally, this person will have worked on large-scale implementation programmes where D365FO has also been implemented. The role can be completed primarily remotely but could involve travel within the UK on an ad-hoc basis. 5 years+ overall MS Dynamics 365 Supply Chain experience, including implementation experience with MS Dynamics Sales & Marketing
~ MS Dynamics Sales and Service: Report writing, installation, configuration and customizations
~ Dynamics Sales and Service certification preferred
~ ability to work in non-structured work environment (i.e. remotely, home office, etc.)
~ Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
~ Solves complex problems with creative solutions
~ Working with the business analysis and business stakeholders to understand business requirements
Guiding the business analysis on how to optimally meet the business requirements with MS Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing
Demonstrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing capabilities
Helping refine target state business processes and user stories and completing a Fit/Gap analysis
Detailing business process workflow, their stages, what fields will be presented and how, which fields will be mandatory, field validations etc.
Detailing Form Configuration
Detailing Business Rules and Form Validation
Ensuring the requisite level of definition is added to user stories in terms of business rules, data dictionaries, acceptance criteria
