Brand Manager - Iconic Food Brand **

Maidenhead - 25 minutes from Paddington and shuttle bus service from train station to office - hybrid (Circa £50,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits)

The role will be a key member of the UK brand team and will be responsible for delivery of brand plan for this new brand. This role offers fantastic development and progression to Senior Brand Manager and a real investment in learning with excellent training and exposure

Managing your individual portfolio area, ensuring delivery of the in-year commercial plans. This will include developing and launching NPD, managing the profit targets for the portfolio and helping to develop an exciting new promotional strategy.

•Preparing the monthly period performance report for your portfolio area, delivering insightful analysis of different data sets (including internal measures and external data such as Nielsen Scantrack) and ensuring corrective actions are in place to deliver brand KPIs.

•Ownership of the consumer closeness programme, ensuring the brand team remains close to our consumers.

•Working alongside the sales team to ensure commercial plans are achieved and the pricing/promotional strategy is effective.

At least 3 years marketing experience in a branded FMCG business.

A consumer and brand centric mindset in everything that you do.

Commercial experience and be able to interrogate a brand P&L.
