The Role

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Science Teacher to join our team. You will teach across all three disciplines—Biology, Chemistry, and Physics—to students of varying abilities in Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an exciting opportunity to shape young minds and inspire a love for science while contributing to the wider success of the school.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for education, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to adapt to the school's innovative teaching practices and operational model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics that engage and inspire students.
  • Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes outstanding behaviour for learning.
  • Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the science curriculum.
  • Uphold the school's values, promoting tolerance, respect, and understanding among students.
  • Engage with parents and carers to support student development and academic achievement.
  • Participate actively in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and understanding of the school's ethos.
