SAAS Project Delivery Manager
£Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite

James Adams is seeking an experienced and motivated SAAS Project Delivery Manager to join a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SaaS projects , possess strong data analytics skills, and demonstrate experience managing small teams and third-party suppliers. This role is crucial to shaping the technology strategy, overseeing the implementation of key IT projects, and driving innovation that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

Technology Strategy & Implementation:
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy in collaboration with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the continuous optimization of existing platforms, managing change requests with software providers and working towards seamless integration across the business.

Leadership & Team Management:
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external technology partners, vendors, and industry experts to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data analytics to inform key decisions and enhance the delivery of management information across the business.
Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Project Management: Proven experience delivering complex digital and SaaS projects on time and within budget.
Data Management & Analytics: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that benefit the business.
Budget Management: Proven track record in managing IT portfolios, particularly with SaaS projects.
Strong data analytics skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Expertise in budgeting and resource management.
