We are seeking an accomplished financial technology recruiter with a proven track record of partnering with leading hedge funds and trading firms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in placing Financial Technology Recruiting into Hedge Funds / Investment Banks. The Role You will take ownership of senior mandates across quant research, trading, technology, and portfolio management, working with world-class institutions such as Millennium, D.E. Shaw, Citadel, and other premier hedge funds. This is an experienced hire requiring a blend of business development, account management, and talent advisory expertise.
