We are looking for a Senior Conduct Risk Analyst with a background in product governance and regulatory oversight to ensure adherence to conduct standards across the firm’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and implement product governance processes and Consumer Duty practices.
  • Conduct reviews of products, fair value assessments, and customer communications to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Manage product risk assessments in collaboration with business teams to meet compliance timelines.
  • Assist in third-party oversight, including due diligence and audit activities for delegated partners.
  • Provide insight and guidance on conduct policies, regulatory updates, and emerging risk areas.
  • Draft reports and updates for governance committees and senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of FCA Conduct regulations, experience with the Lloyd’s market, and effective communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
