We are recruiting for two team leader posts for our GMIRS Wellbeing service.

Back on Track is part of a partnership of charities working in local communities across Greater Manchester to deliver the GMIRS Wellbeing Service. The service aims to reduce reoffending by working with people who are on probation to improve their physical, emotional, and mental health and wellbeing, foster healthy relationships and people move forward in their lives.

This programme supports people who have a range of different needs. This will include people who have experienced trauma, who have been homeless or live in poverty, and who face difficulties with mental health and addiction.

The roles are rooted in casework delivery with enhanced responsibilities relating to line management and partnership working.While some aspects of the two roles are the same, one post will have a focus on coordinating delivery of GMIRS wellbeing activity in south Manchester, and the other will have a focus on GMIRS programme performance and processes.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including people who may have convictions and/or personal experiences of homelessness, mental health and drug and alcohol issues.
