We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead/support the team and provide a high standard of cleaning and hygiene services for our clients.
This is a key role working as part of a professional facilities team providing a proactive high-level customer focused service to our client.
In this role, you will support the Management team ensuring that tasks are completed as instructed on time and to the required standard.
As Supervisor, you will train new starters, complete return to work meetings with staff and address poor performance when required. This is a working supervisor role and will require you to complete cleaning tasks along side your team.
Maintain the highest level of cleaning standard and safety carrying out essential cleaning tasks including but not limited to:
Managing a team of Cleaning Operatives to deliver a good consistent standard
Organising cover for holiday and absence
Delivering training and Tool box talks
High level cleaning (from ground level)
Window Cleaning
Washroom cleaning
Previous cleaning experience
Industrial cleaning experience such as jet washing, window cleaning, deep cleaning.
