Milestones Trust is a health and social care charity supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and dementia. The Trust provides residential, nursing and community support services to around 750 people living in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset areas.
A person we support in one of our learning disability residential services is looking for a volunteer to read and chat with. The person lives with autism and learning disabilities, is non-verbal and non-tactile.
Can you help?
We can cover travel and some activity expenses. All volunteers can attend an in-person volunteer induction and we offer online training alongside this.
