Day Shift Supervisor 4on 4off Cullompton
At Gregory Distribution, we are currently seeking a Day Shift Supervisor in our busy Depot in Cullompton.
Provide leadership and supervision of day-to-day transport/warehouse operations.
You will also be required to work closely with the Transport, Customer services and warehouse admin teams to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.
Coordination activities include Holiday & Sickness cover planning, Operational communications, Health & Safety compliance, and equipment maintenance.
Monitoring and auditing Health and Safety and compliance.
Monitoring the efficient recordings of driver data paying attention to detail and completed in a timely manner.
Strong geographical knowledge of the local area.
Solution driven and Flexible approach to your work.
MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Salary for Transport Operator on offer between£30,000pa - £33,000pa
Working hours: 05:00hrs 17:00hrs, based on 4 on 4 off rota.
