The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining their standard of excellence and will work closely with the commercial team, local authorities, and housing associations to effectively manage project costs and ensure the successful delivery of social housing projects.

Contract Preparation: Budget Monitoring: Track project budgets and manage changes during the construction process.
Client and Contractor Liaison: Provide cost-related guidance and support to clients, contractors, and consultants.
Cost Analysis and Risk Management: Assist in conducting cost analysis and developing procurement strategies.
Project Monitoring: Track project progress, including cost control, variations, and valuations.
Final Accounts Preparation: Prepare final accounts, resolve outstanding contractual claims, and manage subcontract negotiations and variations.
Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports and advice to project teams.Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in social housing.
Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes.
Detail-oriented with strong numeracy and financial management skills.
Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., MS Excel).Competitive annual salary based on experience.
