Interim Head of Group FP&A

High growth international PE backed group are looking to hire an Interim Head of Group FP&A to start asap, for a 6 month period. The role will report to the Group CFO and will be based in their central London head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead co-ordination of group wide annual budgeting process
  • Work with CFO to help standardise group reforecasting and planning process
  • Set up core and robust FP&A processes, to support future organic and inorganic international growth
  • Deliver ad-hoc corporate modelling and analysis as required by senior stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience gained in similar senior Group FP&A roles
  • Previous exposure to international PE backed businesses
  • Hands-on and analytical individual, comfortable operating in entrepreneurial environments
