We are a highly regarded modern Japanese restaurant based in Manchester city centre, and we are looking for professional and experienced chefs to maintain our high standards. We want people who share our passion for hospitality and build a team motivated and driven to lead all aspects of our business. You will help us to deliver a high-quality menu and motivate those around you to provide excellent customer service. Your goals will include managing the quality and consistency of our menu, and to ensuring efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. You will have a knowledge of kitchen operations, including service, prep, stock control, ordering, and due diligence. You will be a positive person, and lead by example to motivate those around you to ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have the best experience.

Responsibilities - Maintain quality of preparation / service of menu - Organise and run your section, and those working with you - Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations - Help to maintain and grow our brand image and reputation

Requirements and skills - Experience within fast paced restaurant - Experience within similar level of high standard operation - Experience working with an all fresh food kitchen, with seasonally changing menu - Proven track record of loyalty and career progression.

Salary & Benefits -

Service charge share - Percentage of additional tips distributed amongst staff - 48 hour contract over 4/5 days - Closed Sunday and Monday (work life balance) - Staff meals, discounts and benefits - Opportunities for career progression through customised skills training
