With a substantial annual budget already delivering strong acquisition results, they're now investing in a brand-new senior hire to elevate performance, professionalise influencer operations, and expand into new paid/organic creator channels. You'll join a collaborative, data-literate marketing organisation where creativity is valued as highly as measurable commercial impact. This Growth Influencer Lead role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, data and social, giving you the autonomy to build a best-in-class performance-influencer function from the ground up. The Growth Influencer Lead will drive a high-impact programme that strengthens acquisition, optimises spend and scales into new channels.
