This will give us the opportunity to work in a more co-ordinated, preventative and creative way to maximise independence.
We currently have opportunities for both newly qualified and experienced OT's within our community teams across Kent. We offer an excellent induction and ongoing training package, to facilitate you to develop your expertise within moving and handling, enablement techniques, specialist equipment and major adaptations, thus ensuring that the people we support receive high quality, personalised interventions that genuinely improve lives.
