You will also have the opportunity to work closely with, and influence, senior partners. You'll have visibility and impact over the breadth of the department’s work, and to be at the centre of decision-making on HM Treasury’s future. Key accountabilitiesLead responsibility for key pieces of departmental risk management, including the design and delivery of HM Treasury’s Quarterly Performance and Risk Report (QPRR), to enable senior strategic decision-making and discussion at senior boards. To scope, plan and deliver a cross-cutting project to problem tackle how sophisticated processes can be simplified and digitalised to integrate the team’s resourcing, risk and delivery functions and processes effectively. Leading implementation and ongoing operations of the new system Coordinating implementation of the Treasury’s new Surge Resourcing capacity, to ensure the Treasury is able to move resources rapidly when necessaryPrioritising, planning and delivering projects on a wide variety of issues affecting the department. Approximately 40% of the role is dedicated to high priority time-limited projects across the teamSupporting the monthly Directors’ Forum, which brings together Directors from every part of the department to provide strategic input and feedback on priority issues and projectsPlaying an active role in making the team, Group and department a great place to work and delivering its corporate objectives.
