As an IT Specialist at Liquidity, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow as part of a tight-knit team, working closely with the IT Manager as well as other teams. You will provide ongoing IT support services to our global team while working on projects to improve our network and end-user productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Liquidity leadership and others in maximizing the operational effectiveness of the end-user experience
  • Configure, install, and maintain all office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT peripherals
  • Follow and build standard IT procedures, log all IT interactions
  • Create and maintain SLAs, technical documentation, and end-user training & knowledge base
  • Provide IT support to all Liquidity employees, worldwide
  • Liaise with vendors and team members for problem resolution
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory, manage IT procurement
  • Conference room troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Support IT projects, deploy new IT systems and services, and define, design, and implement technology solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in tech support in global medium/large companies
  • Motivation to grow, learn, and think outside the box
  • Fluent spoken English
  • Problem-solving skills in a complex technical environment
