Base pay range

A renowned property developer is seeking a talented Site Manager to lead an external packages on one of their large residentials developments in SW London. If you're a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional construction projects, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Monitor site progress and address any issues promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment to maintain project efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, preferably with large-scale residential developments and working with brickwork packages.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ level
