In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land suitable for residential development, as well as navigating the planning process to secure necessary approvals. You will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of projects and ensuring the successful delivery of new housing developments in the region.
Identify potential land opportunities for residential development through market research, networking, and site visits.
* Liaise with local authorities, planning consultants, and other stakeholders to secure planning permission and resolve any planning-related issues.
* Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure development plans align with planning regulations and company standards.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local planning policies, housing market trends, and competitor activity.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and local authorities to identify future opportunities.
Proven experience in land acquisition, planning, or development within the residential housing sector.
* Strong understanding of the planning process and relevant legislation.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Full UK driving licence required.
