~ The main goal of this role is to manage the commercial aspects of a portfolio of design and build projects of a gross value of circa £0.This is a hybrid role, working from various locations, including home, Blackburn or Bridgend office and nationwide project sites. The role is likely to require stays overnight close to site locations. To help us do this we need people like you, with the desire to play your part in making the world a safer place
Administration of the Main Contract(s) including assisting with Project Control information, Change Management and Cash collection
Administration of the Subcontract Agreements holistically under the portfolio, including execution of the project subcontract strategy
their administration ensuring best practices are adopted and implemented throughout the project life span including inception, delivery and close out
Project Management
Working with the Project Manager to identify early warnings within the Subcontract environment
Assisting with preparation of accurate project control information to evaluate progress against the agreed construction programme(s).
Manages the teams ethics, quality and EHs requirements, ensuring that all of the team are aware of their EH&S obligations and that they understand and comply with EH&S Policies
