The pub provides an excellent opportunity for the right Tenant. The pub is centrally located next to a row of shops and Post office, with the train station across the road making it conveniently located for train and bus services. Here you’ll thrive during evenings and weekends and develop the daytime trade.
The pub has 2 separate bar trading areas, with ladies and gents toilets. It has a small kitchen and storage areas including a large basement cellar with more storage downstairs. There are 6 rooms upstairs, currently being used as management accommodation. There is a large beer garden to the side of the pub, and a smaller outside area to the rear of the pub, overlooking the river. The public bar was recently refurbished to a very high standard but we have another exciting investment planned for the pub to keep it looking refreshed and new.
You’ll be all about setting the right atmosphere for the occasion: a meet with friends, the big match, quiz night, a bite to eat or a live music event. The ideal operator will capitalise on Dunblane’s commuter location for Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Stirling.
Ideal Operator
We’re looking for a publican who has experience running a high-volume wet led business, with the opportunity to provide and grow food sales. Ideally, you will understand the local marketplace and have the warm, infectious, and outgoing personality to ingratiate guests old and new.
The ideal candidate(s) should clearly understand what the local community looks for from their local pub. You will always have one ear to the ground, understanding what matters to your locals. You’ll know what makes a good event and ensure guests have a great time with high-quality service, food and drink provided.
In addition to the above skill set, you’ll harness the power of social media to increase sales and footfall. The Dunblane needs a friendly listener with versatile communication skills. Your attention to detail and ability to treat all customers equally will ensure that they are happy to recommend you and your pub.
About the Agreement
We love working with experienced entrepreneurs and we’re happy to be flexible with our agreements and products to match your business and vision.
Our Flexible Tenancy agreement offers a piece of mind approach to running your own pub business for a total term of up to 5-years with a flexible notice period. We also offer flexible deposit options, with build ups from as little as £1,000 as well as flexible price bands and release fees which are available.
