Based: From home, traveling to head office (Nottingham or Llandudno) about once a month

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 37.5 per week

We are recruiting for a Property Project Manager for our client who is the leading private hearing care provider withinin the UK. We are looking for someone who can manage and oversee their new development projects in Edinburgh, Kent and Wales as some examples.

Job Description
Job Duties:

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety standards
  • Manage project budgets and financial forecasting
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management within the property and real estate sector
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and building regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Education:

  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the property and real estate sector
Knowledge and Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of construction processes and building regulations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies or associations
Working Conditions:

  • Full-time hours, with flexibility required to meet project deadlines
  • Travel may be required to various project locations
