Role: Senior Surveyor or Associate Director – Commercial Valuation
Worcestershire/Warwickshire/Cotswolds – Hybrid working
Full and part-time/reduced hours considered
Carrying out a variety of Valuation and consultancy work on behalf of banks, private investors, debt providers and developers.
Instructions include commercial loan security reports, valuations for accounting purposes, asset valuations and valuation / appraisal work for residential development schemes and build stock.
Working with other internal teams to cross sell services, as well as attending networking events to build the firm’s profile
