About the role

The post holder will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive quality management system that meets regulatory and accreditation requirements across Further Education and Skills delivery.

Working closely with a named element(s) of TEC Partnership but also with the wider group to continuously improve the quality of TEC Partnership’s education programs, services, and processes.

About the person

Skills
The ability to develop and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the quality of the education institution’s programs, services, and processes. This includes the ability to identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and monitor progress to ensure that the improvements are sustained.

The ability to work collaboratively with others, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, parents, and external agencies.

Experience

The successful candidate must have:

  • Significant and successful experience of developing and implementing internal quality assurance systems and processes
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience of teaching and/or management in a Further Education setting including HE, classroom and work based provision
  • In addition we welcome applications from people with experience of 14-16 education and or Early Years settings.
  • Significant and successful experience in improving underperforming provision or maintain good or outstanding provision
