Responsibilities: 

  • Working with the Director of Consulting, define, build and grow a leading AI capability. 
  • Establish and implement a strategic roadmap and go-to-market strategy, aligned to helping clients get the best of existing and future Microsoft AI technologies.
  • Use rich consulting and AI background to define best practices for effective service delivery and productionisation of AI services. 
  • Grow and lead a high-performing team of AI consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. 
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies within the Microsoft Azure space and broader ecosystem. 
  • Act as a thought leader and inspire clients to leverage the power of AI and embrace these advanced technologies within their organisation. 
  • Meet a commitment to delivering responsible AI solutions and adhering to ethical practices which align with company values.
Skills and Experience: 

  • Strong management consulting experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Strong all-round appreciation for AI fundamentals (ethics, governance, strategy, advisory, Gen AI etc) 
  • A track record of leading and delivering large-scale AI solutions. 
  • A deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing. 
  • Up-to-date knowledge and expertise in Microsoft’s AI offering (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML and Azure AI Services). 
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams. 
  • A background of leading complex digital transformation programmes.
Additional Information: 

  • Salary Range: £115k-£130k
  • Location: UK
