Job Title: Load Planner (Nights) Location: Full time, Permanent
6pm – 12pm shift patterns

Control the loads of freight internal to Knowles Logistics Pallet force and warehousing teams making sure that goods are moved in the most efficient way, taking into account schedules, costs, and health and safety of the teams. Minimum of 1 years' experience of working within a transport or planning office
Excellent Telephone manner
Highly competent with PC literate - Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Transport IT/ web based systems
Customer focused at all times ensuring top quality service levels
Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information
Promptly answering telephone in a professional manner and dealing with field and customer enquiries
Liaise with Warehousing and Traffic teams to understand any unplanned issues and offer resolutions in planning to the management of loads
We have training and development.

Salary - depending on experience and discussed at interview.
Logistics Manager, Distribution Controller, Fleet Manager, Transport Manager, Logistics Supervisor, Transport Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Transportation Manager, Freight Manager, Transport Planner, Supply Chain Controller, Cargo Manager, Transport Coordinator, Shipment and Logistics Manager, Distribution Coordinator, Transport Operations Manager, Supply Chain Coordinator will also be considered for this role.
