Project Delivery: Oversee quality end-to-end project execution with the trades team and restoration technicians.
Planning: Utilize scoping tools to plan project delivery in line with the defined scope of works.
Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources to meet profit and productivity targets.
Maintain excellent communication with loss adjusters, insurers, and customers throughout project delivery.
Implement and understand Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures, advising insured parties on the operation and safety of all plant and equipment, and providing safety data sheets when necessary.
Health & Safety: Comply with responsibilities specific to your role as detailed within the Health, Safety, and Environment Policy.
Travel: Travel anywhere in the UK to deliver projects.
Material Management: Ensure sufficient material stock is kept locally at the branch and arrange the delivery of materials to each site to complete projects.
Training: Attend training courses provided by the company or any external provider and deliver training programs to employees.
Cost Efficiency: Manage projects on-site efficiently and cost-effectively.
Other Duties: Perform any other reasonable management requests.

Experience in the Flood and Fire, Insurance, or Construction industry.
Proven track record in managing contracts and delivering successful projects.
Willingness to travel across the UK.
