Job Title: Secretary/Receptionist with Xero at Ellough Location: Ellough Job Type: Full-Time, 9am - 4pm. Temporary for 6-8 weeks, commencing 10th June 2024 Pay Rate: £14 - £15 depending on experience About Us: My client is a dynamic and growing company, based just outside Beccles who are dedicated to providing excellent service to their clients. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team, on a temporary basis as a Secretary/Receptionist. Job Description: As a Secretary/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for the clients and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will provide administrative support to the team and assist with various tasks to maintain the office's efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Completing invoices and reconciliations using Xero
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and office records.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Xero
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
