A Senior Support Engineer is urgently needed to join a thriving scientific technology company in Lincolnshire. It’s a great opportunity for a Support Engineer looking to step up in to a line management position

The Role

The Senior Support Engineer will provide line management for a small team of 1st Line Support Engineers, providing high quality, dedicated support for IT related queries. The Senior Support Engineer will provide 2nd/3rd line support covering desktops, servers and networks covering multiple sites.

What’s required of the Senior Support Engineer?

  • Experience providing 2nd/3rd support across desktop, servers and networks
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and VMWare
  • Full UK driving license and happy with occasional travel between sites
  • Any experience working within a manufacturing environment would really set your application apart
