As they continue to scale their operations, they are seeking an exceptional Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, problem-solving individual with a passion for real estate and technology. They will have the opportunity to work closely with the technology team, fine-tuning models and leveraging data-driven insights to make informed investment decisions. This role offers a unique blend of real estate expertise and exposure to innovative technology, providing a platform for accelerated career growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret data on potential real estate properties, leveraging proprietary technology to identify high-potential investment opportunities
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment
- Assist in the execution of transactions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient deal flow
- Monitor and manage the performance of the investment portfolio
- Collaborate with the technology team to refine and improve investment models, providing domain expertise and insights to drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, lenders, and other industry partners
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related field (buy side)
- Familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies and investment metrics
- Fluency in French and English, as this role will involve sourcing and executing deals in French-speaking markets
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A passion for real estate and technology, with a desire to be at the forefront of innovation in the industry
