What do you need to succeed?

  • 8+ years of career experience working with marketplace companies, or growth stage technology first companies.
  • Proven experience in customer service leadership roles, with a track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
  • Knowledge of customer service technology and tools, including CRM (Salesforce a bonus) systems and contact centre solutions.
  • Commitment to customer-centricity and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
