IMSM is a leading ISO specialist. We deliver high-quality ISO consultancy services and standards to organisations of all sizes, from all sectors, all over the world. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Marketing Executive proficient in both English and German to join our marketing team. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that effectively engage our target audience in Germany.

Responsibilities

Content Creation and Localisation:

  • Develop compelling marketing content in German, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy
  • Localise marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and promotional materials, to effectively reach diverse audiences

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across German-speaking regions
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyse data to drive continuous improvement
  • Omni channel campaign creation working closely with sales

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and competitive landscapes in both English and German markets

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
  • Effectively communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders in both languages

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships
  • Implement customer feedback to enhance marketing strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all communication channels in both languages
  • Uphold brand guidelines while tailoring content to resonate with diverse language audiences

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse marketing performance metrics
  • Generate regular reports providing insights and recommendations for optimisation

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (Native-level proficiency).

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field OR relevant marketing work experience.

Preferred (but not required):

• Knowledge of HubSpot or any CRM.

• Familiarity with ISO certification.

Skills and Attributes:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German.

• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
