The role of part time HR Advisor will involve:
Taking a lead role on recruitment initiatives including reviewing processes, successes and overseeing the recruitment budget.
Involvement in the EDI group, ensuring that recruitment is fair and equitable to all.
Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on all areas of generalist HR.
Maintaining knowledge of HR legislation and policy, updating processes and procedures where necessary.

As a part time HR Advisor, you will already have experience in generalist HR and recruitment as well as your CIPD L5 qualification. A full driving licence is also required as there may be the requirement to travel occasionally to an additional site within the organisation.
