Night Waiter

The Merrion, one of Dublins finest luxury hotel and a Leading Hotel of the World is recruiting for a Senior Restaurant Waiter.Overseeing a group of waiting persons in your section, the role of the Senior Restaurant Waiter includes: Carrying out training for new team members.
Taking and handling reservations and phone calls as per Merrion policy.
Shift work and weekend work is required.
