We enable our customers in Government, Financial services, Healthcare and other industries to drive business in a hyper-connected economy by helping them increase productivity, safeguard assets, and make smarter decisions. Responsible for Mobile solution (SDS EMM, Knox platform, Mobile security, etc) and MX products (Smartphones, Tablet, PC Notebook) and services sales improvement by supporting and developing relationship with Large Accounts (Government and Corporate) in UK. In this role, you must be adept at developing robust business cases, and advocating, presenting and gaining senior level support for new business proposals with senior level executives both inside and outside of Samsung SDS Europe.
Meet and/ or exceed sales and profit targets in the mobile solution and MX Large Account channel.
Retain long-term customer relationships with established end-user clients and generate demand from new prospects.
Liaise between customers and company departments, including marketing and product marketing, pre-sales and service to ensure the highest levels of service for named customers.
Provide ongoing support to high value clients, implementing business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities with major accounts.
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and demand generation. Manage directly commercial negotiations and contracts, ensuring correct delivery of SDS Solution, MX projects, products and customer service.
Liaise with Pre-Sales department to provide customers with technical expertise about features, demos, maintenance, and customization of product and/ or solutions.
Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation.
Constantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts.
Provide strategic account management for partnerships (existing and new), balancing SDS Europe's interests with partners’ business needs. Drive relationship-building at multiple levels between partners and SDS Europe.
Travel required 70% domestic transfers. Bachelor/ Master Degree preferably in Economics
Language Knowledge: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools
Preferred experience in complex sales and technical expertise/ innovation (5G, mobile app security, and AI integration).
Professional Background: 5-10 years exp in B2B Sales with Mobile solution (MDM, Knox, Mobile security, etc) and products (Smartphones, Tablet, PC Notebook) and services sales improvement by supporting and developing relationship with Large Accounts in UK.
Preferred B2B mobile solution sales experience in Central Government, Manufacturing, Large Enterprise and Healthcare industries.
Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
