I'm recruiting for a HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) on a 6-month fixed-term contract in the not-for-profit sector. As a HR Business Partner:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
