We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the best established, well-respected and trusted contractor businesses, operating out of their head office based in the Northwest they are roofing and liquid waterproofing specialists that operate nationally. They have been at the forefront of maintaining and protecting a comprehensive building portfolio across the education, healthcare and commercial environment.

They are currently experience a sustained period of growth and success leading to an opportunity for a high-performing individual to join their team and shape and develop their existing estimating function. You will be responsible for building and developing a strong estimating department, creating efficient working practices and motivating the estimating team to drive the whole business forward.

The successful candidate will have a high degree of Estimating experience and capabilities specifically within flat-roofing projects. You will be highly customer focussed and an innovative solutions provider ideally with previous, proven experience in building and managing an estimating team.
