PR/Marketing Junior Model Agent

Join our dynamic and innovative agency based in the West End of London. We specialize in being considered with our approach to management of our talent and represent a diverse roster of talent. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Commercial Model Agent to join our team and play a crucial role in connecting our models with exciting opportunities in the industry.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for managing commercial opportunities for our talent, focussing mainly on the “money clients”. Building relationships with clients and brand, our own models, mother agents, managers and foreign agencies to manage a roster of models. You will work closely with clients, photographers, and other industry professionals to secure bookings for our models in various projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build relationships with, and manage, our current models as well as identify new models to take on

2. Collaborate with clients, production agencies and casting directors to understand their specific requirements for each project.

3. Match our talents with appropriate opportunities based on client needs, project specifications, and model attributes.

4. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring the best interests of our talents are represented.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities.

6. Provide exceptional support to our talent throughout the booking process, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.

Qualifications:

1. Some experience as a Model Booker would be great, or experience in the fashion industry with a keen interest in talent / model management

2. a network and relationships within the industry

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

5. High level of professionalism and attention to detail

6. Familiarity with industry software is a plus, but not necessary
