Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented event professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of event production, from concept development to execution.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the agency.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, ensure profitability, and provide financial reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all events meet the highest standards of quality and exceed client expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Producer in the event production industry.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
