We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Children and Families Social Worker with expertise in child protection to join our dynamic team. This is a vital role where you will work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies to ensure that children are safe and supported.

Conduct assessments and develop care plans for children and families in line with statutory frameworks and policies.
Undertake child protection investigations and manage cases requiring child protection plans.
Provide direct support to children and families, focusing on their safety, wellbeing, and development.
Work collaboratively with schools, health professionals, and other agencies to deliver a multi-agency approach to child protection.
Attend case reviews, core group meetings, and legal proceedings as required.
Maintain accurate records and prepare high-quality reports for court and other purposes.
