By harnessing cutting-edge technology and data analytics, coupled with outstanding customer service, we provide a seamless experience that emphasises simplicity, efficiency, and rapid execution. We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer/Developer to join our team for a 1-3-month freelancer agreement, focusing primarily on designing user-friendly, visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for crafting intuitive user experiences, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, and using tools like Figma to produce high-fidelity mock-ups for development.

A solid understanding of front-end frameworks such as React and Tailwind CSS is important.

This role is also design-centric, with an emphasis on user experience and visual design rather than hands-on coding.


Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, taking inspiration from similar websites and apps to ensure best-in-class design.
User-Centred Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that designs align with user needs and business goals, especially in relation to optimising the conversion funnel.
Design Systems: Work with existing design systems or create new ones to ensure UI consistency across all platforms.
Improve current user interfaces to drive conversions, applying UX best practices to enhance user interaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of designs and seamless implementation.



Proficient in designing mock-ups, establishing design systems, and working with teams through Figma.
Conversion-focused Design: Demonstrated experience in designing user experiences that optimise for conversions, particularly in e-commerce or lead-generation contexts.
Front-end Framework Awareness: Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and Tailwind CSS, ensuring design feasibility and collaboration with developers.
Visual Design Skills: Strong proficiency in clean, modern, and accessible design principles.
Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver precise design specifications and rationale, ensuring clarity for developers.
Agile Environment: Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments, handling iterative feedback and rapid design changes.
A/B Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with A/B testing methods and using data to inform design decisions.


Compensation/ Payment Terms
Payment will be made on an invoice basis, tied to the completion of each agreed project milestone or deliverable, ensuring timely and structured compensation for work delivered.
Start date: immediate.
