Your new company is a specialist in engineering services, utilising a state-of-the-art workshop to repair, maintain and service a large variety of machinery and engineering equipment. With a strong track record of success in client satisfaction, the company is looking to expand its team with a skilled Electronic Supervisor.

Your new role

As an Electronic Supervisor, you will hold responsibility for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of electronic equipment on the workshop floor.
Your tasks will include the monitoring, overseeing, and direct involvement with the following:

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to machinery, electronic components, and instrumentation.
• Collaborating with engineers and workshop staff to optimise equipment performance.
• Conducting preventive maintenance of electronic equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Assisting in the installation and commissioning of electronic equipment.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
• Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of electronic circuits, PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in handling delicate components and following technical documentation.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar/leadership role within a workshop environment.
